Half Term in Outer Space

This half term, our Nursery and Pre-Prep Holiday Club goers had astronomical amounts of fun exploring the theme of ‘space’. The theme lent itself to all manner of arts and crafts which saw our children painting star-spangled landscapes, constructing telescopes, designing their own planets and making aliens to populate them – complete with turbo-charged space ships to get around, of course!

As with every Holiday Club, the children also enjoyed the fun and messy cookery lessons – led by friendly face and Nursery Head Chef, Marco – baking a variety of delicious cookies and cakes, of which they were very proud to take home.

Finally, a great variety of indoor and outdoor games ensured our little live wires were able to blow off some steam, with the afternoon music and dance sessions proving to be a particular favourite. No doubt mums and dads were grateful when their boys and girls were tuckered out come bedtime!

North Bridge House Holiday Club will return again at Easter. If you’re looking for reliable childcare and fun for your little one, the Nursery and Pre-Prep club is run by our own expert teaching staff in safe and familiar surroundings every school break. Find out more here.
