Within each Nursery session, three hours (Mornings from 08.30 am to 11.30am) will be provided as Early Years Free Entitlement funding to those children who qualify for the Early Years Free Entitlement. New parents must complete a Parent Contract supplied by the local authority in respect of any child for whom the Early Years Free Entitlement is being claimed.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nIn order to qualify for Early Education funding a child must be attending for a minimum of five morning Nursery sessions each week.
