WELCOME TO HAMPSTEAD SENIOR AND SIXTH FORM
At NBH Hampstead Senior School and Sixth Form (becoming Alleyn’s Hampstead in September 2026), children aged 11-18 are immersed in the widest range of subject experience, delivered by an inspiring team of teachers who are dedicated to finding and maximising the strengths of each individual. A stone’s throw from North London’s famous Hampstead High Street, we are rooted in the rich local heritage of Hampstead village and alive with a unique creative energy. Underpinning our rich curricular and extra-curricular offering, our ‘high support, low pressure’ model helps every student achieve more than they believed possible, celebrating outcomes which way surpass their academic trajectories at the point of entry.

What a day! 🎉
It was lovely to watch our students receive their GCSE results this morning - a moment that celebrates their hard work, resilience, and growth throughout their time at NBH Hampstead.
Radhika achieved seven grade 9s and two 8s, Enrico earned six grade 9s and two 8s, James secured five grade 9s and four 8s, and Jacomo gained three grade 9s and five 7s - incredible results that reflect their talent, dedication, and hard work.
Hearing them reflect on their achievements is inspiring, and a testament to their incredible hard work and determination. The future is yours Class of 2025!

A huge congratulations to our Class of 2025 who are celebrating another year of excellent GCSE results today!
44% of all grades achieved by our students were 7 or above, with over a quarter at grade 8 or 9.
Our students shone across the curriculum, with standout achievements including:
💻 Computer Science - 57% grade 8-9, 90% grade 7+
🔬 Sciences - 56% grade 7+ in Biology, 55% in Chemistry & Physics
🎨 Fine Art - 42% grade 8–9
📸 Photography - 52% grade 7+
🎶 Music - 70% grade 7+
🌍 Languages - 65% grade 7+ in French, alongside successes in German, Latin, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese & Russian

A celebration of bold ideas, brave expression, and incredible talent! Before the end of term Senior Hampstead hosted its annual GCSE Art Exhibition, showcasing over 100 exceptional pieces by our Fine Art, Photography, and 3D Design students. The school was transformed into a vibrant gallery space, filled with creativity, technical skill, and deeply personal work.

One of many highlights from the Summer term was our recent Adventure in Belsize Village! Our pupils took their learning beyond the classroom where they explored local shops and services as part of their learning - they spotted the post box and popped in a surprise.
The vets sparked lots of discussion about the people who help animals, and we were lucky enough to see a few pets going in and out.
At the greengrocer’s, our pupils impressed us all by choosing their own fruit or vegetables and paying at the till, just like grown-ups! It was a fantastic way to build confidence and connect with our ‘Growing & Life Cycles’ topic. A meaningful, hands-on experience that brought our classroom learning to life! 🍊💷
