Our tailored preparation begins well before GCSEs conclude, with personalised careers guidance, one-to-one mentoring, and expert advice from subject specialists to help students make informed decisions about their future.
Students benefit from close support throughout Years 10 and 11, including subject-specific consultations, sixth form taster sessions, and future planning workshops. They are encouraged to reflect on their interests, strengths, and ambitions, and to explore pathways that match their goals - be that a strong academic route to university or a more specialist course elsewhere.
A significant number of our students choose to remain at NBH Canonbury, where they value the small class sizes, strong teacher relationships, and individual support that define our Sixth Form. Those who transition to external colleges or grammar schools leave with the confidence, independence, and academic readiness to thrive in any environment.
